The proprietor is, without a doubt, a one of a kind character. I can see that if someone unfamiliar with her personality might construe it as rude, but I can assure you that, deep down, she is actually very caring and very professional. She’s been my barber for almost 15 years now, and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. She’s great. I invite the 1-star reviewer to get to know her a little better and I’m confident he would change his mind.
